We designed and renovated this old barn as a haven of serenity in Saint-Eustache, where the Bauges Regional Nature Park reveals its full force. The warmth of returning from a hike, a morning yoga session facing the peaks, or simply doing nothing at all — your disconnection is our priority.

We had an excellent stay with friends at Norman and Sophie’s Airbnb. Both were very available and responsive whenever we were in touch. The peaceful setting and the nearby mountain activities in summer (on the lake or hiking) were a real plus. Highly recommended!

A very pretty place, nicely decorated and practical. You can tell it’s new, which is lovely. A very large living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, so very convenient for 8 people. About 10 minutes from the lake.

Sophie runs her business with the same rigor she brings to her yoga practice — attention to detail, careful listening, and the conviction that the right spaces lead to the best decisions. She's the one who envisioned the gîte as a place for genuine renewal, far from standardized accommodations.
She offers on-site yoga sessions for stays and seminars, tailored to every level — from the curious beginner to the regular practitioner. In the morning, the terrace overlooking the Bauges becomes a practice space unlike any other.

Norman runs his business during the week and straps on his crampons on weekends. A mountaineer, he knows the Bauges and the Alps like the back of his hand — hiking routes, ski touring couloirs, climbing crags, conditions through every season. He's the best source of information for planning your outdoor stay.
He's the one who'll give you the right route guide for your level, tell you if conditions are good this weekend, and point you to where to park to avoid Saturday morning traffic jams on the road to the Semnoz.
